# Fourth Commission Directive of 11 October 1985 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to methods of analysis necessary for checking the composition of cosmetic products (85/490/EEC), Article 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Member States shall bring into force the laws, regulations or administrative provisions necessary to comply with this Directive not later than 31 December 1986.
They shall forthwith inform the Commission thereof.
