  "text": "Pursuant to Article 2 (3) of Directive 82/711/EEC, the simulants to be used for testing migration of the constituents of plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with a single foodstuff or specific group of foodstuffs and the concentration of these simulants shall be those indicated in the Annex.",
