  "text": "1. Directive 79/112/EEC shall apply to products covered by this Directive and intended for supply without further processing to the ultimate consumer and to restaurants, hospitals, canteens and other similar mass caterers on the following conditions:\n(a) one or more of the following shall be added to the sales name:\nin Danish: ‘dybfrossen’,\nin German: ‘tiefgefroren’ or ‘Tiefkühlkost’ or ‘tiefgekühlt’ or ‘gefrostet’,\nin Spanish: ‘ultracongelado’ or ‘congelado rápidamente’,\nin Greek: ‘βαθείας κατάψυξης’ or ‘ταχείας κατάψυξης’ or ‘υπερ-κατεψυγμένα’,\nin English: ‘quick-frozen’,\nin French: ‘surgelé’,\nin Italian: ‘surgelato’,\nin Dutch: ‘diepvries’,\nin Portuguese: ‘ultracongelado’ ,\nin Finnish: ‘ pakastettu ’ ,\nin Swedish: ‘ djupfryst ’ ,\nin Czech: ‘ hluboce zmrazené nebo hluboce zmrazená nebo hluboce zmrazený ’,\nin Estonian: ‘ sügavkülmutatud or külmutatud ’,\nin Latvian: ‘ ātri sasaldēts ’,\nin Lithuanian: ‘ greitai užšaldyti ’,\nin Hungarian: ‘ gyorsfagyasztott ’,\nin Maltese: ‘ iffriżat ’,\nin Polish: ‘ produkt głęboko mrożony ’,\nin Slovenian: ‘ hitro zamrznjen ’,\nin Slovak: ‘ hlbokozmrazené ’ ,\nin Bulgarian: ‘ бързо замразена ’,\nin Romanian: ‘ congelare rapidă ’ ,\nin Croatian: ‘ brzo smrznuto ’;\n(b) in addition to the date of minimum durability, the period during which quick-frozen products may be stored by the purchaser and the storage temperature and/or type of storage equipment required must be indicated;\n(c) the labelling of any quick-frozen foodstuff must include a reference from which the batch may be identified;\n(d) the label of any quick-frozen foodstuff must bear a clear message of the type ‘do not refreeze after defrosting’.",
