# Council Directive of 20 June 1989 establishing the detailed procedures for carrying out checks to ensure that the freezing point of untreated milk laid down in Annex A of Directive 85/397/EEC is complied with (89/384/EEC), Article 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Member States shall bring into force the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary for them to comply with this Directive no later than 1 July 1990.
