  "text": "1. Importation of embryos shall be authorized only on submission of an animal health certificate drawn up and signed by an official veterinarian of the third country of collection.\nThe certificate must:\n(a) be drawn up in at least the official language or languages of the Member State of destination and the official language or languages of the Member State where the import control provided for in Article 11 is carried out;\n(b) be made out to a single consignee;\n(c) accompany the embryos in the original.\n2. The animal health certificate must be on a form conforming to a specimen drawn up in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 18.",
