  "text": "The Commission shall be authorized to amend the following:\nAnnex II to the Directives referred to in Article 1 (1);\nArticle 1 (2) (a) to Directive 80/1177/EEC;\nAnnexes I and II to Directive 90/377/EEC, after consulting the competent committee in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 7 of that Directive.",
