  "text": "Where animals living in the wild are infected or suspected of being infected, Member States shall ensure that appropriate action is taken. Member States shall inform the Commission and the other Member States, in the Standing Veterinary Committee set up by Decision 68/361/EEC, of the measures they have taken.",
