  "text": "The substances listed in this Annex are to be taken into account in whatever form they are carried on board, including the form of waste or cargo residues.\nExplosive substances and objects,\nGases: compressed, liquified or dissolved under pressure,\nInflammable liquids,\nInflammable solids,\nSubstances liable to spontaneous combustion,\nSubstances which, on contact with water, give off inflammable gases,\nCombustible substances,\nOrganic peroxides,\nToxic substances,\nInfectious substances,\nRadioactive substances,\nCorrosive substances,\nVarious dangerous substances, i.e. any other substances which experience has shown, or may show, to be dangerous, so that the provisions of Article 3 need to be applied.",
