# Council Directive 92/65/EEC of 13 July 1992 laying down animal health requirements governing trade in and imports into the Community of animals, semen, ova and embryos not subject to animal health requirements laid down in specific Community rules referred to in Annex A (I) to Directive 90/425/EEC, Article 23

Under the procedure laid down in Article 26, special requirements may be laid down, if appropriate, by way of derogation from Article 6 (A) (1) (e) and from Chapter II, for the movement of circus and fairground animals and for trade in animals, semen, ova and embryos intended for zoos.
