# Council Directive 92/66/EEC of 14 July 1992 introducing Community measures for the control of Newcastle disease, Division 4

After washing three times with PBS the infected cells are overlaid with the relevant medium containing 1 % w/v agar and either 0,01 mg/ml trypsin or no trypsin. It is important that no serum is added to the overlay medium.
