  "text": "Without prejudice to the provisions of Directive 77/93/EEC, Member States may authorize derogations from the measures referred to in Articles 6, 7 and 9 of this Directive for experimental or scientific purposes, and for work on varietal selection, provided that such derogations do not prejudice the control of the organism and create no risk of spread of the organism.",
