  "text": "Every 2 years, and at the latest by 30 September of the year following the end of the 2-year period concerned, Member States shall send to the Commission the necessary information concerning:\n(a) the number of checks carried out in the previous 2 calendar years; and\n(b) the number of overloaded vehicles or vehicle combinations detected.\nThis information may be part of the information submitted under Article 17 of Regulation (EC) No 561/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council .\nThe Commission shall analyse the information received pursuant to this Article, and shall include such analysis in the report to be forwarded to the European Parliament and to the Council pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 561/2006.",
