  "text": "1. This Directive shall enter into force on the date of its adoption and Directive 76/403/EEC shall be repealed with effect from that date.\n2. With effect from the date referred to in paragraph 1:\n(a) the reference in Article 10 (1) of Directive 87/101/EEC to ‘PCBs and PCTs within the meaning of Directive 76/403/EEC’ shall be construed as a reference to PCBs within the meaning of this Directive;\n(b) the reference in Article 10 (2) of Directive 87/101 /EEC to Directive 76/403/EEC shall be construed as a reference to this Directive;\n(c) the reference in Article 2 (j) of Regulation (EEC) No 259/93 to Article 6 of Directive 76/403/EEC shall be construed as a reference to Article 8 of this Directive.",
