# Council Directive 97/70/EC of 11 December 1997 setting up a harmonised safety regime for fishing vessels of 24 metres in length and over, Division Regulation 9:: Inclining test

Add following new paragraph 4:
4. ‘The inclining test and determination of conditions required by Regulation III/9(1) shall be performed at least every 10 years.’
