  "text": "The Commission shall evaluate the implementation of this Directive and submit the results of the evaluation to the European Parliament and the Council by 22 December 2026 .\nBy 22 December 2022 , the Commission shall submit to the European Parliament and to the Council an interim report on the implementation of this Directive.",
