  "text": "1. Suppliers may market propagating material only if it meets the requirements laid down in this Directive.\n2. Paragraph 1 shall not apply to propagating material intended for:\n(a) trials or scientific purposes,\n(b) selection work, or\n(c) the conservation of genetic diversity.\n3. Detailed rules for the application of paragraph 2 may be adopted in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 17.",
