  "text": "The notification of the official surveys referred to in Article 2(3) shall include:\n(i) in the case of surveys on potatoes,\nestimated total area grown, in hectares, of seed and other potatoes,\nstratification by seed category and ware, and where appropriate, by region,\nnumber and timing of samples taken for testing,\nnumber of visual inspections in the field,\nnumber (and size of sample) of visual inspections on tubers;\n(ii) in the case of surveys on, at least, the growing crop of plants of tomato intended for replanting for professional use,\nestimated total number of plants,\nnumber of visual inspections;\n(iii) in the case of surveys on host plants other than potatoes and tomatoes, including wild solanaceous host plants,\nspecies,\nnumber and timing of samples taken,\narea/river sampled, as appropriate,\nmethod of analysis;\n(iv) in the case of surveys on water and liquid waste discharges from industrial processing or packaging premises,\nnumber and timing of samples,\narea/river/location of premises sampled, as appropriate,\nmethod of analysis.",
