  "text": "Member States may adopt in relation to their own production such additional or stricter measures as may be required to combat the organism or to prevent it from spreading, insofar as they are in compliance with the provisions of Directive 77/93/EEC.\nThe details of these measures shall be notified to the other Member States and to the Commission. The details of this notification may be submitted to the Committee.",
