  "text": "Foodstuffs may be treated only by the following sources of ionising radiation:\n(a) gamma rays from radionuclides 60Co or 137Cs;\n(b) X-rays generated from machine sources operated at or below a nominal energy (maximum quantum energy) level of 5 MeV;\n(c) electrons generated from machine sources operated at or below a nominal energy (maximum quantum energy) level of 10 MeV.",
