  "text": "The first page of Part II of the registration certificate shall contain\nthe name of the Member State issuing Part II of the registration certificate,\nthe distinguishing mark of the Member State issuing Part II of the registration certificate, namely:\nB Belgium\nBG Bulgaria\nCZ Czech Republic\nDK Denmark\nD Germany\nEST Estonia\nGR Greece\nE Spain\nF France\nHR Croatia\nIRL Ireland\nI Italy\nCY Cyprus\nLV Latvia\nLT Lithuania\nL Luxembourg\nH Hungary\nM Malta\nNL Netherlands\nA Austria\nPL Poland\nP Portugal\nRO Romania\nSLO Slovenia\nSK Slovakia\nFIN Finland\nS Sweden\nUK United Kingdom,\nthe name of the competent authority,\nthe words ‘ Part II of the Registration Certificate ’ , printed in large type in the language or languages of the Member States issuing the registration certificate; they shall also appear, after a suitable space, in small type, in the other languages of the European Community,\nthe words ‘ European Community ’ , printed in the language or languages of the Member State issuing Part II of the registration certificate,\nthe number of the document.",
