The vehicle taxes referred to in Article are as follows:\nBelgium:\ntaxe de circulation sur les véhicules automobiles/ verkeersbelasting op de autovoertuigen,\nBulgaria :\nданък върху превозните средства,\nCzech Republic :\nsilniční daň,\nDenmark:\nvaegtafgift of motorkeretrajer m.v.,\nGermany:\nKraftfahrzeugsteuer,\nEstonia :\nraskeveokimaks,\nGreece:\nΤέλη κυκλοφορίας,\nSpain:\n(a) impuesto sobre vehiculos de traccion mecanica;\n(b) impuesto sobre actividades economicas (solely as regards the amount of the levies charged for motor vehicles),\nFrance:\n(a) taxe spéciale sur certains véhicules routiers;\n(b) taxe différentielle sur les véhicules a moteur,\nCroatia :\ngodišnja naknada za uporabu javnih cesta koja se plaća pri registraciji motornih i priključnih vozila,\nIreland:\nvehicle excise duty,\nItaly:\n(a) tassa automobilistica;\n(b) addizionale del 5 % sulfa tassa automobilistica,\nCyprus :\nΤέλη Κυκλοφορίας Οχημάτων,\nLatvia :\ntransportlīdzekļa ikgadējā nodeva,\nLithuania :\n(a) Transporto priemonių savininkų ar valdytojų naudotojo mokestis;\n(b) Mokestis už Lietuvoje įregistruotas krovinines transporto priemones,\nLuxembourg:\ntaxe sur les véhicules automoteurs,\nHungary :\ngépjárműadó,\nMalta :\nliċenzja tat-triq / road licence fee ,\nNetherlands:\nmotorrijtuigenbelasting,\nAustria:\nKraftfahrzeugsteuer,\nPoland :\npodatek od środków transportowych,\nPortugal:\n(a) imposto de camionagem;\n(b) imposto de circulaçao,\nRomania :\nTaxa asupra mijloacelor de transport,\nSlovenia :\nletno povračilo za uporabo javnih cest za motorna in priklopna vozila,\nSlovakia :\ncestná daň,\nFinland:\nvarsinainen ajoneuvovero/egentlig fordonsskatt,\nSweden:\nfordonsskatt,\nUnited Kingdom:\n(a) vehicle excise duty;\n(b) motor vehicles licence.\n2. Member States which replace any tax listed in paragraph l with another tax of the same kind shall notify the Commission, which shall make the necessary amendments.",
