  "text": "The guaranteed sound power level of equipment listed below shall not exceed the permissible sound power level as laid down in the following tables of limit values:\nbuilders' hoists for the transport of goods (combustion-engine driven)\nDefinition:\nAnnex I, item 3. In the absence of any such amendment, the figures for stage I will continue to apply for stage II.\nFor single-engine mobile cranes, the figures for stage I shall continue to apply until 3 January 2008 .
