# Directive 2001/96/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 December 2001 establishing harmonised requirements and procedures for the safe loading and unloading of bulk carriers (Text with EEA relevance), Division 4

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Terminal personnel involved in the loading and unloading operations shall be provided with and use personnel protective equipment and shall be duly rested to avoid accidents due to fatigue.
