Directive 1999/29/EC is hereby repealed as from 1 August 2003, without prejudice to the obligations of the Member States to comply with the deadlines set out in Part B of Annex III thereto for the transposition of the Directives listed in Part A of that Annex.\n2. References to Directive 1999/29/EC shall be construed as references to this Directive and should be read in accordance with the correlation table in Annex III.",
