  "text": "In so far as there are no special provisions for complementary feedingstuffs, Member States shall prescribe that complementary feedingstuffs may not, taking into account the proportion prescribed for their use in a daily ration, contain levels of the undesirable substances listed in Annex I that exceed those fixed for complete feedingstuffs.",
