# Directive 2002/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 10 June 2002 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to food supplements (Text with EEA relevance), Article 3

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Member States shall ensure that food supplements may be marketed within the Community only if they comply with the rules laid down in this Directive.
