# Council Directive 2002/56/EC of 13 June 2002 on the marketing of seed potatoes, Division 1

In the case of basic seed potatoes, the number of growing plants not breeding true to the variety and the number of plants of a different variety shall, together, not exceed 0,1 % and in the direct progeny, shall, together, not exceed 0,25 %.
