  "text": "The seed shall have sufficient varietal identity and varietal purity. In particular, seeds of the species listed below shall conform to the following other standards or conditions:\nSpecies and category\nMinimum varietal purity (%)\nArachis hypogaea:\n—\nbasic seed,\n99,7\n—\ncertified seed,\n99,5\nBrassica napus other than hybrids, other than varieties to be used solely for fodder purposes, Brassica rapa , other than varieties to be used solely for fodder purposes\n—\nbasic seed,\n99,9\n—\ncertified seed,\n99,7\nBrassica napus spp. other than hybrids, varieties to be used solely for fodder purposes, Brassica rapa , varieties to be used solely for fodder purposes, Helianthus annuus , other than hybrid varieties including their components, Sinapis alba :\n—\nbasic seed,\n99,7\n—\ncertified seed,\n99,0\nGlycine max :\n—\nbasic seed,\n99,5\n—\ncertified seed,\n99,0\nLinum usitatissimum :\n—\nbasic seed,\n99,7\n—\ncertified seed, 1st generation,\n98,0\n—\ncertified seed, 2nd and 3rd generations,\n97,5\nPapaver somniferum :\n—\nbasic seed,\n99,0\n—\ncertified seed,\n98,0\nThe minimum varietal purity shall be examined mainly in field inspections carried out in accordance with the conditions laid down in Annex I.",
