  "text": "This Directive lays down rules for supplementary supervision of regulated entities which have obtained an authorisation in accordance with Article 6 of Directive 73/239/EEC, Article 4 of Directive 2002/83/EC , Article 5 of Directive 2004/39/EC , Article 3 of Directive 2005/68/EC , Article 6 of Directive 2006/48/EC , Article 5 of Directive 2009/65/EC , Article 14 of Directive 2009/138/EC or Articles 6 to 11 of Directive 2011/61/EU , and which are part of a financial conglomerate.\nThis Directive also amends the relevant sectoral rules which apply to entities regulated by those Directives.",
