  "text": "1. Article 5 of Regulation (EEC) No 3820/85 is hereby amended as follows:\n(a) paragraph 1 shall be repealed with effect from 10 September 2009.\n(b) paragraphs 2 and 4 shall be repealed with effect from 10 September 2008.\n2. Directive 76/914/EEC shall be repealed with effect from 10 September 2009.\n3. The laws, regulations and administrative provisions adopted to comply with Directive 76/914/EEC shall cease to apply:\nfrom 10 September 2008 to drivers of vehicles for the carriage of passengers by road,\nfrom 10 September 2009 to drivers of vehicles for the carriage of goods by road.",
