# Commission Directive 2004/102/EC of 5 October 2004 amending Annexes II, III, IV and V to Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community, Division 23: In Annex V, Part A, Section I, shall be amended as follows:

(a) Point 1.7. is replaced by the following:

Wood within the meaning of the first subparagraph of Article 2(2), where it:
(a) has been obtained in whole or part from Platanus L., including wood which has not kept its natural round surface;
and
(b) meets one of the following descriptions laid down in Annex I, Part two to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 of 23 July 1987 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff:
