# Directive 2004/54/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on minimum safety requirements for tunnels in the trans-European road network, Division 2.5: The safety documentation for a tunnel which is in operation shall include in addition to the documentation required at the commissioning stage:

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

a report and analysis on significant incidents and accidents, which have taken place since the entry into force of this Directive,
a list of the safety exercises carried out and an analysis of the lessons learned from them.
