Division A MOTOR VEHICLES

Directive 2003/37/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 May 2003 on type-approval of agricultural or forestry tractors, their trailers and interchangeable towed machinery, together with their systems, components and separate technical units and repealing Directive 74/150/EEC.

1. (a)

   In Annex II, Chapter C, Appendix 1, point 1, the following are inserted in the first subparagraph:

   ‘“8 for the Czech Republic”, “29 for Estonia”, “CY for Cyprus”, “32 for Latvia”, “36 for Lithuania”, “7 for Hungary”, “MT for Malta”, “20 for Poland”, “26 for Slovenia”, “27 for Slovakia”.’

2. (b)

   In Annex III, Part I, ‘A – Complete/completed tractors’, point 16 is replaced by the following:

   In Annex III, Part I, ‘B – Agricultural or forestry trailers – complete/completed’, point 16 is replaced by the following:
