# Commission Directive 2005/11/EC of 16 February 2005 amending, for the purposes of its adaptation to technical progress, Council Directive 92/23/EEC relating to tyres for motor vehicles and their trailers and to their fitting (Text with EEA relevance), Article 1

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Point 1.3 of Annex I to Directive 92/23/EEC is replaced by the following:
‘1.3.
The approval authority may accept the laboratories of the tyre manufacturers as approved test laboratories pursuant to Article 14(1) of Directive 70/156/EEC.’
