  "text": "Directive 2001/32/EC is amended as follows:\n1.. at the end of Article 1 the following paragraph is added:\n‘In the case of point (b)(2) of the Annex, the said zone in Estonia is recognised until 31 March 2007.’;\n2.. the Annex is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Directive.",
