  "text": "The Annexes to Directive 76/768/EEC are amended as follows:\n1.. in Annex II, the following reference numbers are added:\n‘1133.\nCostus root oil (Saussurea lappa Clarke) (CAS No 8023-88-9), when used as a fragrance ingredient\n1134.\n7-Ethoxy-4-methylcoumarin (CAS No 87-05-8), when used as a fragrance ingredient\n1135.\nHexahydrocoumarin (CAS No 700-82-3), when used as a fragrance ingredient\n1136.\nPeru balsam (INCI name: Myroxylon pereirae; CAS No 8007-00-9), when used as a fragrance ingredient’\n2.. in Part 1 of Annex IV, colouring agents CI 12150, CI 20170 and CI 27290 are deleted.\n3.. Part 1 of Annex VI is amended as follows:\n(a) the reference number 53 is replaced by the following:\nReference number\nSubstance\nMaximum authorised concentration\nLimitations and requirements\nConditions of use and warnings which must be printed on the label\na\nb\nc\nd\ne\n‘53\nBenzethonium Chloride (INCI)\n0,1 %\n(a)\nRinse-off products,\n(b)\nLeave-on products other than for oral care use’\n(b) the following entry is added as reference number 57:\nReference number\nSubstance\nMaximum authorised concentration\nLimitations and requirements\nConditions of use and warnings which must be printed on the label\na\nb\nc\nd\ne\n‘57\nMethylisothiazolinone (INCI)\n0,01 %’",
