  "text": "1. The Commission shall be assisted by the Committee set up by Article 7 of Council Directive 91/672/EEC of 16 December 1991 on the reciprocal recognition of boatmasters’ certificates for the carriage of goods and passengers by inland waterway .\n2. Where reference is made to this paragraph, Articles 3 and 7 of Decision 1999/468/EC shall apply, having regard to the provisions of Article 8 thereof.\n3. Where reference is made to this paragraph, Articles 5 and 7 of Decision 1999/468/EC shall apply, having regard to the provisions of Article 8 thereof.\nThe period laid down in Article 5(6) of Decision 1999/468/EC shall be set at three months.\n4. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n5. The Commission shall regularly consult representatives of the sector.",
