Directive 86/363/EEC is amended as follows:

    In Part A of Annex II, maximum residue levels are added for picoxystrobin, as set out in Annex III to this Directive.

  2. 2..

    In Part B of Annex II, the maximum residue levels for propiconazole are replaced by those set out in Annex IV to this Directive.
