  "text": "Directive 71/250/EEC is amended as follows:\n1.. In Article 1 the following paragraph is added after the second paragraph:\n‘As regards undesirable substances within the meaning of Directive 2002/32/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council including dioxins and dioxin-like PCBs, point C(3) of Part 1 of the Annex to this Directive shall apply.’\n2.. The Annex is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Directive.",
