  "text": "Commission Directive 2005/6/EC\nof 26 January 2005\namending Directive 71/250/EEC as regards reporting and interpretation of analytical results required under Directive 2002/32/EC\n(Text with EEA relevance)\nTHE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,\nHaving regard to the Council Directive 70/373/EEC of 20 July 1970 on the introduction of Community methods of sampling and analysis for the official control of feeding-stuffs, and in particular Article 2 thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nCommission Directive 71/250/EEC of 15 June 1971 establishing Community methods of analysis for the official control of feeding-stuffs includes provisions concerning the expression of results.\n(2)\nTo ensure a harmonised implementation approach to Directive 2002/32/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 May 2002 on undesirable substances in animal feed in all Member States, it is of major importance that analytical results are reported and interpreted in a uniform way.\n(3)\nDirective 71/250/EEC should therefore be amended accordingly.\n(4)\nThe measures provided for in this Directive are in accordance with the opinion of the Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DIRECTIVE:",
