Directive 90/642/EEC is amended as follows:

  1. 1..

    In Annex II, the maximum levels for pesticide residues of ethofumesate, lambda-cyhalothrin, methomyl, pymetrozine, and thiabendazole are replaced by those in Annex I to this Directive.

  2. 2..

    In Annex II, maximum levels for pesticide residues of ethofumesate are added as set out in Annex II to this Directive.
