  "text": "Where there is suspicion or confirmation of the presence of HPAI in slaughterhouses or means of transport, the competent authority shall immediately set in motion an investigation in the holding of origin of the poultry or other captive birds to confirm or exclude its presence in accordance with the diagnostic manual.",
