# Council Directive 2006/102/EC of 20 November 2006 adapting Directive 67/548/EEC on the classification, packaging and labelling of dangerous substances, by reason of the accession of Bulgaria and Romania, Article 3

This Directive shall enter into force subject to and on the date of the entry into force of the Treaty of Accession of Bulgaria and Romania.
