31994 L 0080: Council Directive 94/80/EC of 19 December 1994 laying down detailed arrangements for the exercise of the right to vote and to stand as a candidate in municipal elections by citizens of the Union residing in a Member State of which they are not nationals (OJ L 368, 31.12.1994, p. 38), as amended by:

  • 31996 L 0030: Council Directive 96/30/EC of 13.5.1996 (OJ L 122, 22.5.1996, p. 14),

  • 12003 T: Act concerning the conditions of accession and the adjustments to the Treaties-Accession of the Czech Republic, the Republic of Estonia, the Republic of Cyprus, the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Lithuania, the Republic of Hungary, the Republic of Malta, the Republic of Poland, the Republic of Slovenia and the Slovak Republic (OJ L 236, 23.9.2003, p. 33).

In the Annex, the following is inserted between the entries for Belgium and the Czech Republic:

‘in Bulgaria:

община/кметство/Общината е основната административно-териториална единица, в която се осъществява местното самоуправление’;

and, between the entries for Portugal and Slovenia:

‘in Romania:

comuna, oraşul, municipiul, sectorul (numai în municipiul Bucureşti) şi judeţul’.
