  "text": "Directive 2002/55/EC is amended as follows:\n1.. The genera and species listed in Article 2(1)(b) are replaced by those listed in the Annex to this Directive.\n2.. Point 3(a) of Annex II is amended as follows:\n(a) The following entries are inserted in alphabetical order:\n‘Allium fistulosum\n97\n0,5\n65’\n‘Allium sativum\n97\n0,5\n65’\n‘Allium schoenoprasum\n97\n0,5\n65’\n‘Rheum rhabarbarum\n97\n0,5\n70’\n‘Zea mays\n98\n0,1\n85’;\n(b) ‘Brassica oleracea (other subspecies)’ is replaced by ‘Brassica oleracea (other than cauliflower)’;\n(c) ‘Brassica pekinensis’ is replaced by ‘Brassica rapa (Chinese cabbage)’;\n(d) ‘Brassica rapa’ is replaced by ‘Brassica rapa (turnip)’;\n(e) ‘Lycopersicon lycopersicum’ is replaced by ‘Lycopersicon esculentum’.\n3.. Point 2 of Annex III is amended as follows:\n(a) The following entries are inserted in alphabetical order:\n‘Allium fistulosum\n15’\n‘Allium sativum\n20’\n‘Allium schoenoprasum\n15’\n‘Rheum rhabarbarum\n135’\n‘Zea mays\n1 000’;\n(b) ‘Brassica pekinensis’ is deleted;\n(c) ‘Lycopersicon lycopersicum’ is replaced by ‘Lycopersicon esculentum’.",
