  "heading": "A category B driving examiner:",
  "text": "(a) must have held a category B licence for at least 3 years;\n(b) must be at least 23 years old;\n(c) must have successfully completed the initial qualification provided for in point 3 of this Annex and subsequently followed the quality assurance and the periodic training arrangements as provided for in point 4 of this Annex;\n(d) must have terminated a vocational education that leads at least to a completion of level 3 as defined by Council Decision 85/368/EEC of 16 July 1985 on the comparability of vocational training qualifications between the Member States of the European Community;\n(e) may not be active as a commercial driving instructor in a driving school simultaneously.",
