# Directive 2006/126/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 December 2006 on driving licences (Recast) (Text with EEA relevance), Division 1: Member States shall take the necessary measures to:

approve and supervise the training provided for in Article 7(1)(d) or,
organise the test of skills and behaviour provided for in Article 7(1)(d).
