  "text": "This Directive shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nArticle 2(1), Article 5, Article 6(2)(b), Article 7(1)(a), Article 9, Article 11(1), (3), (4), (5) and (6), Article 12, and Annexes I, II and III shall apply from 19 January 2009.",
