# Directive 2006/23/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2006 on a Community air traffic controller licence (Text with EEA relevance), Division 2: Certificates must specify:

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(a) the national supervisory authority issuing the certificate;
(b) the applicant (name and address);
(c) the type of services which are certified;
(d) a statement of the applicant's conformity with the requirements defined in point 1;
(e) the date of issue and the period of validity of the certificate.
