# Commission Directive 2006/29/EC of 8 March 2006 amending Directive 2000/12/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the exclusion or inclusion of certain institutions from the scope of application, Article 1

The fourth indent of Article 2(3) of Directive 2000/12/EC is replaced by the following:
‘in Denmark, the “Dansk Eksportfinansieringsfond”, the “Danmarks Skibskreditfond”, the “Dansk Landbrugs Realkreditfond”, and the “KommuneKredit”,’.
